You gave me a gift that I hold close to my heart every single day, and that gift is more than just basketball \u2013 it’s a deep, undeniable love that only a mother could understand.<\/p>\n
I remember the first time I saw you play, A\u2019ja. From that very moment, I knew you were special. I could see the fire in your eyes, the drive in your every step, the way you commanded the court as if it was your home, your sanctuary. The first time I saw you was not just the first time I saw a great basketball player. It was the first time I saw my future, my pride, my joy, and my daughter on that court.
