Mediation in the financial dispute on TV rights of Ligue 1 between the DAZN broadcaster and the Professional Football League (LFP) will end on April 15, AFP learned from sources close to the file on Friday, confirming information from The team<\/i>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The British sports streaming platform, which broadcasts eight of the nine Ligue 1 matches every day for an annual amount of around 400 million euros, but wipes heavy losses, claims the LFP 573 million euros “for observed failure” and “deception on the goods”.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

For more than a month, a mediator mandated by the Paris Commercial Court has been trying to find common ground between the two parties. Its mission, which is initially supposed to end on March 31, “is still in progress”, and will end on Tuesday, sources said close to the file.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The commercial company of the LFP, LFP Media, is still waiting for the probable arrival, as general manager, of Nicolas de Tavernost, former president of the M6 \u200b\u200bgroup and current president of the RMC BFM group.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
