We talk a lot about the rookie of the year and yet the Dpoy remains a fairly thorny case since the package of Victor Wembanyama. We know a little more about the latest trend, but supporters are still angry.<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The advantage of Victor Wembanyama's package is that the interest in the Dpoy is completely relaunched. If the Frenchman was in good health, there is no doubt that he would have won the trophy and probably with the unanimity of the voters. With almost 4 medium assets and a defense of spurs that radically changed in its presence, it was obvious.<\/p>\n

But Wemby is no longer eligible with less than 50 games played. This NBA rule is a bit frustrating it must be recognized, but it will allow another player to win the Dpoy. Evan Mobley is a very credible candidate with the riders, while Dyson Daniels panics the counters with the Hawks, especially in terms of interceptions.<\/p>\n

The Dpoy almost played with a surprise at the end?<\/h2>\n

The problem is that Draymond Green is not far away. He relaunched his file from nowhere by promoting his podcast, while he was invited to ESPN recently to plead his cause (but not his competitors). Supporters fear a possible victory with his Warriors, when he was not even cited in February to win.<\/p>\n

To complete the podium we find Daniels at\u2026 +1800. The Hawks player has not been considered a real threat and yet he may have had the best defensive season for a while. Ask any Atlanta supporter and he will cry out in scandal.<\/p>\n

Daniels turns 3 (!!) average interceptions on this campaign and the attackers do not like to face it. The fact that he is so far asks.<\/p>\n
