As I sit down to write this, I\u2019m flooded with memories of where this journey began. From the long nights filled with quiet determination to the unexpected turns that tested my resolve, every moment has led me to this milestone: I\u2019m heading to the University of Southern California. Saying those words fills me with a deep sense of gratitude\u2014and an even greater sense of anticipation.<\/p>\n
This new chapter at USC isn’t just about a change in location or a new academic path; it’s the culmination of years of hard work, perseverance, and growth. But before I turn the page, I want to reflect on the chapters that brought me here. Because every ending is also a beginning, and I believe that honoring the journey is just as important as celebrating the destination.<\/p>\n

In a world that\u2019s increasingly interconnected, the ability to think across disciplines isn\u2019t just a bonus\u2014it\u2019s a necessity. I\u2019m eager to find mentors, build lifelong friendships, and give back to the university that is opening its doors to me.<\/p>\n
And let\u2019s be honest\u2014there\u2019s also a thrill in the unknown. In not having all the answers. In knowing that I\u2019ll be stretched in ways I can\u2019t even predict. That\u2019s part of what makes this journey so meaningful. It\u2019s not about having everything figured out\u2014it\u2019s about being open to growth and trusting the process.<\/p>\n
As I prepare for this transition, I carry an overwhelming sense of gratitude. Grateful to my family, who have supported me unconditionally. Grateful to my friends, who have cheered me on through every high and low. Grateful to my teachers, professors, and mentors, who saw potential in me and helped me bring it to life. And grateful to every experience\u2014good or bad\u2014that taught me something valuable.<\/p>\n
Gratitude doesn\u2019t mean the journey was easy. It means I recognize the beauty in all of it. The struggles taught me strength. The detours taught me patience. The failures taught me humility. And the wins\u2014well, they taught me to celebrate how far I\u2019ve come.<\/p>\n
If there\u2019s one thing I hope people take from my story, it\u2019s this: your journey is yours, and it matters. You don\u2019t have to follow a straight line. You don\u2019t have to have it all figured out. What matters is that you keep going. That you keep learning. That you stay open to change and believe in your ability to grow.<\/p>\n
