In 2015, Barnes took the helm at Tennessee, where he has continued to elevate the program. Under his leadership, the Volunteers have secured three Southeastern Conference (SEC) championships and made eight consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, including back-to-back Elite Eight runs in 2023 and 2024.
