The Mavericks have several reasons to explain the decision behind the Trade of Luka Doncic. But for Nico Harrison, after an appointment with the media, it seems clear that the Slovenian had a big problem. Lakers are warned.
More than two months later, Luka Donnic's Trade is still at the heart of the discussions. It is not likely to change since we speak after all of the greatest exchange in the history of the NBA, and which will have repercussions for the many years to come. But the GM assumes completely: Doncic did not know how to defend and it was a problem.

MAVs therefore think that Davis is the perfect choice to adopt a defensive mentality, which is clearly not false. We are talking about a regular pretender to the Dpoy, but was Trader Doncic the right solution in the long term? We will have to wait to see him, however, do not count on the supporters to forgive him.
Nico Harrison completely assumes his choice, clearly implying that Luka Doncic was not a good defender and that Dallas could not win anything like that. You have to believe that the Lakers do not agree.
