Always looking for the next generation that will contribute to its future successes, LOSC once again seems to have turned to the African continent. The arrival of the young David MPENZI NTUMWA is announced.

It is not a press release published by the LOSC, nor an formalization, but the shots A hand jersey are already numerous. David MPENZI NTUMWA, a young 18-year-old left-wing attack, should be a new reinforcement for young categories in the Luchin field: U19 to start its adaptation phase to the reserve led by Stéphane Pichot (N3) to continue a linear progression before, perhaps, integrate the professional world.

David MPENZI NTUMWA has been playing up to the Academy Club Ujana, located in Kinshasa in the heart of the Democratic Republic of Congo, so far. It is, with around 1000 registered per month, one of the most substantial academies around the globe. However, it is quite recent, really not opening its doors until 2016.

Arrivals are linked

Since the joint arrivals of Carlos Baleba, who left for Brighton for 30 million euros (bonus included), and Joffrey Bazié, who freely joined Portugal last summer, in 2022, the LOSC recruited several young elements which evolved within recognized academies on the African continent: Yassine Khalifi (43 games in the young categories), Ulrich Varens Fokam (27 games with the U19), Adeshina Ayodele (23 games) and Stéphane Noumbissie (2 games), who is currently taking his first steps in his new colors.
