The news is not good for Gregg Popovich. The mythical coach of the San Antonio Spurs, 76, was evacuated by ambulance this Tuesday, while he was dining in a restaurant, according to information from the specialized site TMZ. The coach was seen in a stretcher, before being taken to an emergency vehicle.
He was then a “steakhouse” from San Antonio. The vital prognosis of Popovich was not, however, was not engaged, still according to TMZ. According to Shams Charania, generally well informed on the NBA, Popovich is now “at home, stable and in good health”.

Gregg Popovich has been a spurs coach since 1996. He notably led his team to the NBA title five times (1999, 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2014). He was the coach of Tony Parker and, currently, by Victor Wembanyama.
He was the victim last November of a slight stroke, after which he had set back. His club announced in February that he would not return to the prosecution this season.
