Liverpool continues its operation extensions. A week after having made Mohamed Salah official official, it is now Virgil Van Dijk who has extended his contract with two additional seasons with the leader of the Premier League. A new contract which obviously made it mad with joy: “I am very happy, very proud. There are obviously so many emotions that cross my head right now to talk about it. It is a feeling of pride, of joy. It's just incredible. The course that I have traveled so far in my career, being able to extend it by two additional years in this club is incredible and I am so happy.”

It has always been in my head, it has always been the plan and Liverpool has always been the case. There was no doubt in my head that it was the ideal place for me and my family.
