The great manitou of the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), Vince McMahon, announced on Friday that he retired, with a backdrop for an investigation into allegations of misconduct on his part.

McMahon concluded the message with “Before. NOW. Always. Together ”, echoing the slogan of the company he built.
McMahon left his duties as CEO and WWE president in mid-June, during an investigation into allegations of misconduct.
At the beginning of July, the Wall Street Journal reported that McMahon has agreed to pay more than $ 12 million in the past 16 years to stifle allegations of sexual misconduct and infidelity.
Quoting sources informed of the files, the newspaper has argued that four women who had links with WWE have signed agreements prohibiting them from talking about their interactions with McMahon.
Regarding the current investigation, McMahon has already said that he cooperates with it.
McMahon was the leader and one of WWE's major faces for decades, establishing, among other things, the Wrestlemania and WWE Network.
When he bought what was the Word Wrestling Federation of his father, in 1982, the matches were presented in small arenas. Last year, WWE revenues exceeded $ billion for the first time.
